Matthew Hodgkinson, Managing Partner
Matthew is a lawyer, company secretary, qualified accountant and management consultant with wide ranging experience in the legal and corporate advisory space for clients across the technology industry. Matthew has spent a significant time as a lawyer at a number of high-growth listed and unlisted technology businesses.
Along with his inhouse legal and corporate advisory experience, Matthew has a range of experience in corporate restructures, establishing and maintaining joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals. Having worked in the Shanghai office of a major international firm, Matthew also has extensive cross-border experience.
